Custom Design Studio Well known for its custom
designing capabilities, Robertson's has proudly
offered this distinctive service to our communities
for over sixty-five years.
The process usually takes two
weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and
our current workload. Everything begins with an
initial creative design appointment where we interview you and begin to
explore design possibilities from your materials,
ideas and wishes. We're here to help you get a jump
start on some of those ideas if you'd like. Just
Ask! Using the most advanced software
available we model
designs in 3D so you can see every detail. Designs are modified
quickly and efficiently giving you confidence you're
getting exactly what you expect. Each finished piece is truly a
unique one-of-a-kind design. We invite you to call

creation! Crafting Your Fine Jewelry Item Your design is transformed into a
unique valuable possession when our 3D model is
forged in precious metal. Every step is supervised
in our facility by trained craftsmen motivated to

Professional Appraisals We offer personal consultations
with professional results for your appraisal needs
including those for Insurance, Estate, Fair Market,
or specialty needs. The in-house Appraisal Department is headed by our Certified Gemologist Appraiser and owner, Brad Tranfield, CGA. The CGA title from the American Gem Society is one of the most highly regarded achievements recognized within the industry. Earning a CGA title requires extensive advanced and ongoing gemological training. When this expertise is combined with astute market experience you are assured of the proper identification and evaluation of your gemstones, jewelry, watches and more.
